Last week, the Wasatch Warriors LOA Chapter at Hill AFB had the wonderful opportunity to sit down and break bread with the senior logistician in the Air Force Sustainment Center, Lt Gen Stacey Hawkins AFSC/CC. Our topics ranged from how do we continue to develop and employ the multi capable airmen (MCA) framework. To working with, developing and learning from our civilian workforce as uniformed members and everything else in between. It was an insightful conversation and thanks to all those involved in making this a great event!

Last week, our LOA chapter was briefed by the Asgard Team at Hill Air Force Base, the masterminds behind Athena and Kronos - a user center designed system for manpower and aircraft scheduling. It’s so awesome to hear that Tesseract AF was able to secure funding for the way of the future!

Great news today for !

The Air Force Directorate of Logistics, A4LM's Advanced Concepts Team, Tesseract, and Asgard of the 309th Software Engineering Group are proud to announce that the scheduling applications known as Athena and Kronos have secured additional funding for continued development and onboarding of new field users.

This is a significant milestone on the pathway towards Enterprise scaling and most importantly !

The Tesseract Team and its partners are continuing to these capabilities with A4PA's Innovation Working Group and AFMC/A4N's Strike Team 1 Fleet Management Cluster to identify the fastest course of sustainment and adoption into the Logistics IT portfolio.

If you've reached out to our help desk requesting to onboard these apps, please note that our small team of Airmen have responded to all requests. If you submitted and have not heard back, please check the original confirmation email or your spam box or submit a new request. We appreciate your interest and patience!

Wasatch Warriors,

The Hill LOA council is excited to be hosting an exciting learning event! In the latest edition of LOA’s journal, Exceptional Release, our very own Capt Susan McLeod is featured in an article where she argues that digital innovation cannot come solely from the top down, but that tactical leaders must lead the way through digital competency. Give her article a read and then sign up to come out to see the amazing developments that the Asgard team, a part of 309 SWEG, has been creating.

We’ll be treated to a demo of their Athena and Kronos maintenance and personnel scheduling tools and familiarized with the team’s capabilities for innovation in user-centered design and test-driven development.

Time: 1130-1230 MST
