Social determinants affect every individual on how they will live life and how they will face health. Health care access and quality, education and access to be educated also affects health outcomes such as understanding, language barriers and, educational level. Social Determinants and neighborhood will definitely affect health outcomes. Our values and neighborhood shape us deeply making easier or harder to find health resources. And the last one and more important economic stability. Better income, better access to health and quality, better education and better neighborhood. That’s why is so important for nonprofits to exist to close such gaps and to assist our community, to educate each other to live better lives providing education and cancer navigation.. Alicia’s Healing Hands Group has the commitment to continue to assist one patient at a time with a diagnose of cancer and to be at their side assisting them with education about their treatment or assisting them with resources and most importantly supporting them emotionally. are AHH, We are Community. # “ NO ONE SHOULD FIGHT CANCER ALONE”

One angel is in heaven. She was beautiful, dedicated to her family and very caring. She left her three little ones behind. Alicia’s healing hands had promise to walk along with them not only when the cancer diagnosis is done and treatment starts but through out it. Walking side by side. It was a pleasure to have CBU students participating on buying groceries for our patients. We delivered food and chemo bags as well as supporting them while they are undergoing treatment. 🩷💙

1rst Tuesday of the month alternating month on San Bernardino for Spanish speaking.

Second Tuesday by reservation only. We have consulting and support groups for kids with parents battling cancer.

Our English support yesterday was about. Not letting the cancer treatments to change your focus. You, your love ones, you faith, your support groups count. Cancer can no change that. Warriors fight, recharge and continue fighting. This is a journey. We are here to support you, to serve you and to create love bonds. Alicia Healing Hands is Community. We invite you! Last week in our Fontana support group, we learned about the importance of having advance directives in health care for everyone older than 18. We learned how to fill them out, what is needed to be a valid form and what is the importance of having it during the journey of cancer.
