The Mayor of High Point, Cyril Jefferson, has commissioned a Special Populations Task Force to study resources for people with disabilities as well as gaps in resources. This task force has developed a community survey.

Would you take a moment to complete this survey? It is designed to capture responses from Self-Advocates, Families, Professionals and the general public. We hope the information we collect with guide decisions in our High Point community for this population.
