❤️🤍💙 Higginson, you showed up in the best way last night. Freedom Fest was a success, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Thank you to Mayor Homsley and the entire crew that assisted him for planning and executing a fantastic firework show — it was the perfect way to celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary.
Thank you to our city employees and their families for preparing and handing out snacks for our guests, and to the Higginson Fire Department for helping set up, clean up, handing out watermelon, and keeping everyone safe throughout the night.
A huge thank you to DOTS for watching the bounce house and making sure our little ones had a safe place to play.
To all of our vendors, thank you for choosing to spend the holiday with us, and a special shoutout to Tonkyhonk Revival for bringing the music and keeping the energy high.
And of course, thank you to all of our sponsors — your generosity makes Freedom Fest possible every single year.
