Tuesdays meeting we were blessed to hear updates from Brain Surge with guests Mandy, Brock, Keith, Beverly and had our Zone Chair Sunshine and her husband Derrik at the meeting.

To commemorate Mental Health and Well-Being Service Week, we donated a set of two books to each of the area's elementary, middle, and high schools, concentrating on mental health and well-being issues. Furthermore, we supplied motivational bookmarks and calm strips. We aspire to see these books used as tools to foster improved mental health and well-being among our young population.
