Passing out YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K posters is not for the faint of heart. A lot of people have heard of the campaign and share their ENOUGH stories. Today, I feel so heartbroken from the stories and want to hide. I hurt for these people but am also grateful they feel comfortable enough to share their story. I have a feeling the event is going to bring a lot of people together this year who need a big hug and need to share their voice. A lot of people are hurting.

Today is my first day teaching an anti bullying, be friendly, self worth, and mindfulness course at Horace Mann Elementary School. Apparently one of the worst bullies they have ever seen will be in one of the classes. Let's see what we can do together to work on self worth and kindness.

The only water color my dad ever painted and it was dedicated to my mom who loved the Sierra Nevadas. They divorced when I was four and he painted this right before he died about 12 years ago. My mom loved to hike up near Mammoth and this apparently is a spot overlooking Lake Mary, one I know well. I don't have anything of my dad's and it is with such mixed emotions to have found this in the box of my mom's things. I have artwork from all over the world and feel that this will now be my favorite.
