Help!!!!!

WE NEED FOSTER FAMILIES!

This month we’ve lost some amazing military families as they move on to new places and adventures.

While we are excited for their families, we will miss them terribly. AND now we are desperately short handed! We cannot say yes, unless YOU say yes, too!!!

We have taken in 190 kitties this year. Last year we took in 163 for the entire year! Whew!

Here’s where you come in! Got an extra room? A responsible kiddo’s room? A bathroom? Then you have all you need to foster. Well, and love….and cuddles❤️!

Fostering is an amazing experience for your family and kids!

We cover EVERYTHING! Litter, food, vetting, toys, anything you need! Even a big dog cage can be the perfect set up (we have these too!)

Please reach out so we can answer any questions! Our fosters ARE family! You quickly join a wonderful group of loving, caring, generous people who want to saves lives! So please, join the fun- come meet our family!!

We had an aMEOWzing adoption event and food drive!

We had some pending adoptions plus one who went home (more on Monday)

We are so beyond grateful to our wonderful friends and supporters for your donations. We were almost OUT of wet kitten food but this should feed our MANY babies for a few weeks!

Cars and coyotes always win. Cats belong inside ONLY. This is what happens when your cat “always comes home.” Until
He doesn’t. Please stop letting you cats outside

Our deepest apologies for the unpleasant and upsetting photo and content of this post but an image is worth a thousand words and we have a point to get across that we, as an organisation and as individuals, feel very strongly about.

Please, please, please keep your cats safe inside or safe in cat runs…

We have lost count of how many missing cat messages we get. How may times were tagged in missing cat posts.

And you would be absolutely stunned by how many deceased cats we go out and scan… unfortunately 90% of the time there is no microchip to be found and no way to give their humans any closure.

We treat the bodies with respect.

We are saddened by their deaths.

This poor soul, with his green collar, was found less than a foot in from a sidewalk, in three inch high weeds, and was left there to fully rot.

We scanned the bones, we scanned the dirt, we checked the collar for information. No surprise there was nothing to be found.

Another nameless, lost cat, in what feels like a sea of nameless lost cats.

They deserve more.

The world is big, it’s dangerous and it’s cruel.

So please, please, please - keep them inside. Keep them safe.

Safe. Warm. Loved. Inside.

Good morning starfish family!

We received these aMEOWzing donations via Amazon! Unfortunately no note to know who to thank! We recently took in 12 bottle babies who are in our incubators. We go through puppy pads very quickly, so great timing on that! And of course litter we go through….well, like water!
