We honor generations of women whose courage, advocacy and leadership expanded opportunities for women across our nation—and we recognize our responsibility to continue that work for the girls and young women coming behind us.

At SCWIB, our commitment extends across generations.

We work to create greater access to entrepreneurship, capital, leadership, professional advancement, wealth creation and economic opportunity for women while intentionally exposing our youth to the education, mentorship, experiences and networks that can help prepare them for their futures.

Through SC Teens, Young Women of Excellence, STEM and career exposure, internships, professional development and mentorship, we are helping build a pipeline of young women who understand that leadership and opportunity belong to them, too.
