Ahoy, mateys! 🏴‍☠️

Another fantastic day at camp has been logged in the captain's journal!
Our crew was all hands on deck, sharing plenty of smiles, laughter, and swashin' good fun as they searched for more hidden treasure.

Today, they discovered a treasure far greater than gold or jewels: the treasure of prayer! ⚓️ No pirate can bury it, no storm can wash it away, and no thief can ever steal it. What an incredible reminder that we can always talk to God wherever we are.

Now there’s just one more day left on our grand adventure, and we can’t wait to see what treasure awaits our crew tomorrow! Until then... fair winds and following seas, mateys! ☠️🦜💰

Ahoy mateys! ⚓️

We set sail on our pirate adventure today to find the GREATEST treasure and an adventure it was. Day 1 was a blast! 🏴‍☠️

To our Aaron's Staff families and volunteers,

We have made the difficult decision to cancel our July Respite Night, which was scheduled for Friday, July 18.

This was not an easy decision. With Camp Aaron beginning the following week, we believe this is the best way to ensure our team is fully prepared to provide a meaningful and successful camp experience for our campers and families. It also allows our incredible volunteers the opportunity to rest and recharge before serving during two exciting weeks at camp.

To our families, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We know how much you look forward to Respite Night each month, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

To our volunteers, thank you for your unwavering commitment to serving our families with compassion and joy. Your willingness to give your time and energy makes our ministry possible, and we are so grateful for each of you.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at Camp Aaron and can't wait to welcome everyone back for Respite Night in August!

Time is running out⏳‼️ Reserve your spot for Camp Aaron 2026 before registration closes. You have until July 5th at midnight.

This year’s theme is:

🏴‍☠️ TREASURE QUEST: Seeking the Greatest Treasure

Join us as we set sail on a journey to discover the greatest treasure of all: Jesus!

📅 When:
July 21–23, 2026 (Session 1)
July 28–30, 2026 (Session 2)

Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM each day

📍 Where:
The Church at Old Town – Family Life Center
815 HWY 52 W, Helena, AL 35080

(Directly across from Joe Tucker Park – NOT the church on the corner.)

💲 Cost:
$50 per session, per camper

Payment accepted via cash/check, Venmo (), or PayPal (@gmail.com)

(Please note: a small fee applies to PayPal payments.)

**It is with heavy hearts that we share that this year we will NOT have any openings for our one-on-one class. If your loved one requires one on one support, unfortunately, we will not have any availability at camp this year.

WHY GIVE TO AARON'S STAFF THIS GIVING TUESDAY?
Because your gift provides something priceless: REST.

Aaron’s Staff offers RESPITE to families who have loved ones with special needs. For our families, this looks like FOUR HOURS of peace while their loved one is in a caring, structured, joy-filled environment. And yes—it’s completely FREE.

WHY IS RESPITE CARE SO IMPORTANT?
Because we hear things like:
💗 “as a single parent to a special-needs teenager, I never had any free time to relax. This program offered me the peace of mind and freedom to be kid free once a month. A little help and patience goes a long way.. so I can step away and be an individual and not just a parent. I really do appreciate everything this program has done for my son— he is severely special-needs and not welcomed everywhere…thank you Aaron’s staff for accepting my son with open arms”

Families caring around the clock are EXHAUSTED. Many take shifts at night. Many have multiple children with special needs. Many feel like they can’t trust anyone else with their loved one.

The needs are GREAT.
And NO ONE should have to do it alone.
