Pasture board-
$600 with horse safe fencing and run-in sheds

Stalls-
Fully covered stalls- $650
Partially covered stalls- $600

Stud Stall-$750

All options include Teff, Orchard or Alfalfa (pellets available)

Turnout service for stalled horses- $100
$75 blanketing service
$30 feeding of owner provided supplements-1x a day
$20 per hour Scheduled Handling (vet, farrier, dentist appts, etc.)
$30 per hour After Hours Emergency Care or
Handling

Training/Colt Start-
$1,350 monthly 90 days suggested for colts
6 one on one lessons included

Lesson program-
Group lesson (lesson horse) $75
Group lesson (client owned) $65
Private lesson (client owned) $85

Trail rides-
$60 1 hr
$90 1.5 hr

200'x400' Arena, 100'x60' loping arena, 65’x7' Round Pen and Extreme Obstacle Course

Offering permanent, summer and retirement boarding!
Hunter/Jumper lessons available as well as guided trail rides!

Jill DeLozier-Craven is a lifelong, professional, Hunter/Jumper trainer.
Horses will receive expert, knowledgeable care. I have many seniors that have been in my program for a decade or more, including one 40+ year year-old that is still going strong!

Endless trail riding, right off property!
