Roller Skating Co-Ed 16+
Ka’u Skate Club is a non-profit Roller skating club. We meet up twice a week at Kahuku Park, Ocean View Hi. We all get together for the simple fun of Roller skating both Quad and Roller Blades. We are ran by community members. We do require a release of liability form be filled out. Both for Parks and Rec. as well as for the club to keep on file. This keeps everyone safe.
Our goals and plans: Be a huge part of the community. We will be doing fundraisers for the club. We have an ultimate goal of getting an outdoor roller skate rink built for our community here in OV. We have a board of directors and Committees to help with this process.
Volunteer work for our Community. And of course working tirelessly on making this Club something very exciting and fun for everyone to enjoy!
We skate on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm-7pm (weather permitted) We bring some lights down to light up the skating surface. Play some music and enjoy the Sport. Any skating level is Welcome. You can come down to Learn the basics, new tricks, and of course just skate.
