Maui seniors entering the workforce & local employers- this one’s for you!

Registration is now open for the upcoming Graduating High School Seniors Hiring Fair, hosted in collaboration with the County of Maui, the Hawaiʻi Department of Education, and Goodwill Industries of Hawaiʻi – Ola I Ka Youth Program.

This event is designed specifically for seniors who are entering the workforce directly after graduation, providing them with meaningful opportunities to explore local careers, training programs, and pathways that allow them to stay and thrive here at home. This a valuable opportunity to connect with motivated young adults exploring hands-on careers, trades, and entry-level pathways.

Applications are now open for Imua 'Onipaʻa’s next Career Development Cohort.

This free, Maui-based program is designed for residents who are ready to reset, re-skill, and move toward careers that can sustain them and their families long-term. Through career coaching, skills training, mentorship, and real connections to employers, we walk alongside participants as they build a clear, actionable path forward.

Priority consideration is given to fire-impacted Maui residents and those who have experienced job or income loss, but all Hawaii residents facing career disruption or underemployment are encouraged to apply.
