Spirit of Refuge

Even in the midst of trials—or circumstances we may have never imagined ourselves facing—God will make provision to see us through. He will neither leave us nor forsake us. Therefore, we must remain rooted in Him, trusting His faithfulness even when we cannot yet see the way forward.

Spirit of Refuge is exceedingly grateful to partner with NAMI Pine Belt Mississippi in presenting Community Youth Outreach—an intentional day of connection, encouragement, support, and meaningful resources for the youth and families of our community.

We are likewise abundantly grateful for the community sponsors whose generosity is helping bring this outreach to life. Among those contributing are our local Regions Bank, Coca-Cola, CPR On Demand, HOSA–Future Health Professionals, Embassy of YHWH, and a host of other valued partners.

This collaboration represents the strength of a community united in purpose: investing in our youth, strengthening families, and building a healthier, more connected future.

We invite you to join us for this important community experience. Together, we empower youth and build stronger communities.

Sometimes the miracle is looking down and not looking away. Every person on the ground is somebody’s son. If this were your loved one, wouldn’t you pray someone cared for real?

No front door should ever look like this. No child, no mother, no father should have to call the woods home. No matter how they got here, we must become refuge and rescue.

The world may leave people out in the cold, but the love of Christ never does.

We never pass by those who are hurting. We become blankets of compassion, hands of mercy, and vessels of hope to our neighbors in need.
