Applications for the Forrest Health Spirit Girls program open TODAY. This program is designed for girls entering grades 7–11 who want to make an impact through volunteerism, outreach, and community involvement.

From Spirit of Women events to charitable initiatives, Spirit Girls represent the heart of Forrest Health while building confidence, leadership skills, and lifelong connections.

Local high school girls can shop for prom dresses, shoes, and accessories for a $12 rental fee. Join us and find your dream prom dress!

Spirit Girls kicked off the Christmas season this past Sunday at our annual holiday party! 🎄After a year of hard work and giving back through countless volunteer efforts, the girls celebrated with hot chocolate, cookies, ornament painting, and listened to all the top holiday hits! ❤️
It truly is the best time of year, and the Spirit Girls are ready to celebrate!
