💔 URGENT MATCH – WE NEED YOUR HELP I've already lost everything for my cows, I can't lose them. !! 😭

A generous supporter has offered a $500 matching donation, but we have just 24 hours to meet it.

The truth is... things are really bad right now.

After everything we've fought through, we are struggling more than we have in a long time. We're only 4 days away from having to move, storm season is here, and we're facing nearly $10,000 in immediate expenses between hay, rent, moving costs, fencing, and shelter needs.

I h8 admitting this, but we're getting dangerously close to a point where I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this alone.

I started saving cows long before I knew what a sanctuary was. I wasn't trying to build a nonprofit. I just loved cows and couldn't stand watching them be sent to sl4ughter.

One cow became two. Two became more. And eventually that love became Riverview Rescue & Sanctuary.

Today, more than 30 rescued cows depend on this sanctuary. They depend on me. And right now, I need help.

I've been working around the clock trying to improve things, applying for grants, reaching out to businesses, searching for land, building partnerships, and doing everything possible to keep moving forward. But grants take time, and they are incredibly competitive. The cows can't wait months for answers.

I’m trying, even when logic says I should probably give up.

Right now it honestly feels like nothing works out no matter how hard I try. No matter how many hours I put in. No matter how many grants, sponsorships, raffle donations, partnerships, or fundraising ideas I chase down.

But I keep trying anyway.

Trying to save cows in the beef state.
Trying to keep families together.
Trying to keep hay in front of them, shelter over them, and safety around them.
Trying to build something permanent so these cows never have to worry about losing their home again.

Some days this feels impossible. Like I’m working nonstop just to barely stay afloat. But then I look at these cows — the ones who trust me, the ones who finally feel safe, the moms still with their babies — and I know I can’t quit on them.

I’ve contacted over 1,000 places searching for grants, sponsors, raffle prizes, and support. Some amazing companies are starting to partner with us, and I’m beyond grateful. I’m still trying to put together fundraiser packages and raffles to help keep us going.

But the truth is we need your help and support now more than ever.

Each cow’s horns grow differently in shape, curve, thickness, and direction — making them just as unique as fingerprints. Some curve upward, outward, forward, or even slightly uneven. Tyler’s beautiful horns are part of what makes him so special.

🐮 Fun cow horn facts:
• Both male and female cows can grow horns depending on breed
• Horns are made of keratin — the same material as human hair and nails
• Unlike antlers, horns do not fall off and regrow
• Horns continue growing throughout a cow’s life
• Horns contain blood vessels and nerves, making them sensitive
