On September 12th at 12pm, the Shenandoah Group of the Sierra Club and Virginia Wilderness Committee are organizing a rally in support of the "Roadless Rule" which protects over 100,000 acres of National Forest.
During the rally enjoy lunch with new friends, listen to speaker to learn what you can do, and go on a guided nature walk!

We are excited for Tools for School on August 8th where we will have a make your own Energy Savings Kit Station.

These kits will allow families to choose energy efficiency improvements that will work best for their homes. We will have: night lights, light bulbs, shower heads, shrink and seal window insulating kits, and window AC insulating kits.

Tools for School is back-to-school supply drive and resource fair that helps ensure every student starts the school year ready to learn.
