💜 Three Weeks to Go! 💜

The countdown is on! We are just 3 weeks away from FLOW's Annual Anniversary Celebration & Donation Drive!

Join us as we celebrate another year of advancing menstrual health and menstrual equity while collecting much-needed menstrual hygiene products for women and girls in our community.

📅 Saturday, June 27
⏰ 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Hamilton Health Center

We invite individuals, families, businesses, religious organizations, social and civic organizations, schools, clubs, community groups - EVERYONE to help make a difference by collecting menstrual hygiene products on behalf of FLOW.

Every donation helps ensure that women, girls and menstruating people have access to the products they need to live, learn, work, and thrive with dignity.

Together, we can create a community where no one has to choose between basic necessities and period products.

💜 Mark your calendar.
💜 Spread the word.
💜 Bring a donation.
💜 Celebrate with us.

Three weeks away—and we can't wait to see you there!

Dr. Sharee Livingston, who is also the co-founder of FLOW, continues to make headlines and receive prestigious recognition. Her story reminds us that where you start is not where you have to finish.

For those who don't know, Dr. Livingston attended Downing Elementary School and lived in public housing. She is living proof that positive outcomes and excellence can emerge from any community.

Her journey is such an inspiration.

A heartfelt thank you to Nicole Wilkerson and the incredible ladies of The W.O.M.B. for collecting menstrual hygiene products on behalf of FLOW-For the Love of Women.

I had the opportunity to attend my first W.O.M.B. gathering yesterday, and it was truly an amazing experience. I was surrounded by a room full of phenomenal women in business who are passionate about uplifting and supporting the community.

Dr. Sharee Livingston and I thank you for believing in our mission and helping us continue the fight for menstrual equity. Your generosity, support, and sisterhood mean so much to us and to the women and girls we serve. 💜

This National Menstrual Health Awareness Month, FLOW is committed to educating, empowering, and advocating for menstrual equity for women, girls, and menstruating individuals in our community and surrounding areas. 💜

Menstrual health is not just a women’s issue, it is a public health, educational, workplace, and human dignity issue.

📌 Did You Know? • Many women, girls, and menstruating people struggle to afford period products each month.

• Lack of access to menstrual products can lead to missed school, missed school, missed work, missed activities, and emotional stress.

• Some students and families rely on schools, shelters, food pantries, and community organizations for basic menstrual necessities.

• Menstrual stigma still prevents many people from openly discussing their needs or seeking support.

• Access to menstrual products helps individuals participate fully in school, work, sports, social activities, and everyday life with dignity and confidence.

✨ How You Can Help

💜 Donate unscented pads, liners, tampons, and wipes.

💜 Host a menstrual product drive through your religious organization, workplace, school, business, or organization.

💜 Sponsor FLOW boxes for women, girls, and menstruating individuals in need.

💜 Share educational resources and help normalize conversations about menstrual health.

💜 Volunteer or partner with
FLOW to support community outreach and education sessions.

💜 Advocate for menstrual equity in schools, shelters, and underserved communities.

Every cycle is unique.
Every story matters.
Every person deserves care, dignity and support.

Together, we can educate, empower, end the stigma, and build a healthier future for our communities. 💜

FLOW - For the Love of Women was honored to participate as a vendor at the Dauphin County JPO Around the World Event last week.

This event created a valuable opportunity to engage with staff, share our mission, and highlight the work we do to support women girls and menstruating people through access to menstrual hygiene products and education.

We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow us to build partnerships, raise awareness, and continue advancing menstrual equity in our communities.
