Congratulations to the residents of Carver! 👏
Tonight, Carver stood up and protected their town against the overreach of Beacon Hill voting 394 to 26 to reject the MBTA Communities zoning mandate.

This is what local control looks like. When residents show up, speak out, and take a stand for their community the message is loud and clear: our towns, our say.

📢 Hanover Select Board Update

Last night the Select Board voted 4–1 to hold a Special Town Meeting with the primary purpose of addressing the MBTA zoning mandate.

Here’s how our Selectboard voted:
• Louko – ✅ Yea
• Hughes – ✅ Yea
• Nyman – ✅ Yea
• O’Connor – ✅ Yea
• Satterwhite – ❌ Nay

This means it will now be up to Hanover voters to stop the plan that would allow 750+ new apartments — with no limit on the number of bedrooms per unit — to flood into our town.

That level of development would overwhelm our already crowded schools and put a serious strain on our budgets and emergency services.
