What an amazing morning at our 13th Annual Turkey Trot 5K! 🦃🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to run, walk, and support this year’s race. From the fantastic weather to the incredible energy, we couldn’t have asked for a better event!

A special shoutout to our volunteers, sponsors, and participants—you all made this event truly memorable.

Whether you crossed the finish line in record time or enjoyed the fun with family and friends, we hope you had an unforgettable time.

Hi all,

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and wanted to send these reminders for race morning:

Race starts promptly at 7:30am at the Hanover Middle School.

Parking: Please give yourself ample time to park and make your way to the starting line!

Parking is allowed at Hanover Middle School and at race end at Hanover High School. If parking at Hanover High School please give yourself enough time to trot on over to HMS through the path. There will be volunteers there to direct you to the path.

If you decide to park at the Hanover Middle School, please note that vehicle access may be restricted after 7:15am as Whiting street may be shut down to prepare for the race.

Bib pickup and late registrations: All new registrations need to be completed online at:

Anyone that has registered but not picked up their bibs, can pickup bibs on race day at the Middle school starting at 6:30am.

Bikes, strollers, dogs etc: Please line up at the back of the starting line if you will be running with a stroller. No dogs or bikes allowed on course.

It looks like great weather for the Turkey trot!

Hi all,

Thank you to everyone that registered for the Hanover Turkey Trot 5k! We are hoping for great weather and a really exciting morning to start your Thanksgiving activities.

This year we are going to have bib pickup at Sylvester School 495 Hanover St. Hanover MA. Please enter the school at the main entrance.

Bib Pickup dates/times are either:
Sunday 11/23 from 3-5pm or
Monday 11/24 from 5-7pm

Note: T-shirt will also be provided if you registered before the Nov 8th deadline.

We are also trying to build our reach so please also like and follow this page to stay up to date on future announcements.

If you havent registered there is still time and we will have bibs available at the Middle school on race morning for our last minute registrations.

There has been a big increase of new registrations coming in over the past couple days, so our Tshirt vendor has agreed to allow an extension for 2 more days.

The new deadline is Saturday Nov 8th….so make sure to register by this date!

The Hanover Turkey trot website is officially open for new 2025 registrations for the 15th annual Turkey trot (5k)!

As always we look forward to sharing Thanksgiving morning with our runners, walkers and strollers!

T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered participants who sign up by November 6th.
