🎉West Manheim PTO Family Bingo Night is Coming!

Get ready for a fun-filled night with family, friends, prizes, and of course—BINGO!
This year, we’re making it even easier to join the fun

🎟️ Presale bingo cards will be available through Zeffy - ON SALE NOW. Bingo cards may be purchased by scanning the QR code below or by clicking the link shared here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/west-manheim-bingo-night

💵 You can also purchase bingo cards at the door (cash only) the night of the event.

When purchasing pre-sale bingo cards, Zeffy will ask if you'd like to make a donation. You are able to select the drop down to 'Other' and then enter $0. Additionally, youll be asked for your student name so we can bundle your cards together and have them ready for you the night of. Be sure to come to the line for presale cards!

😋 Come hungry! We’ll have pizza, hot dogs, baked goods, and other tasty treats ready to keep your bingo energy up.

Tonight was our meal that we provide for the staff for parent teacher conferences.

On the menu was Chicken Tinga, Al Pastor, red beans, red rice, white rice, queso, chips and salsa, chocolate and vanilla tres leches, fresas con crema and cookies made and graciously donated by The Borderline Homestead . Huge shoutout to our PTO Secretary, Rosaire for cooking up such an amazing meal! 💙💛 Thank you to all of our staff for putting in all the long hours this week and every week!

🎃 Thank You, West Manheim Family! 🎃

What an incredible turnout for our very first Trunk or Treat! We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this event such a spooktacular success.

✨ A huge thank you to all the families who donated candy, volunteered their time, and decorated trunks to bring the Halloween magic to life. Your creativity and generosity truly made the night special.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our amazing local businesses who supported this event: Texas Roadhouse, Singer Orthodontics, Come a Casa, The Borderline Homestead , BH&B Construction , & North Country Landscapes .

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the West Manheim Ponies Football for their continued support, and to Officer Schnieder, Officer Laughman and Officer Bollinger from the West Manheim Township Police Department keeping everyone safe.

And of course, a special thanks to Mrs. Long, Mrs. Happel, and Mrs. Ratliff for helping everything run so smoothly from start to finish.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you. 💛
