The purpose of this organization is to create a community of innovative youth who will enrich their lives and those of their family, community, and school through the example in which they set. The methods the organization plans to use to obtain information and input is through surveys and suggestion boxes. At each event there will be suggestion boxes set up and surveys given out. The organization

's page will also be used as a means of obtaining input. The newsletter, page, and group emails will be used to share information with members and partners on an ongoing basis. This organization plans to incorporate many community outreach events: Back-to-School Bash, high school scholarship giveaway, career day at Tarrant Elementary School, book reading at local elementary schools, book drive, scholastic mentorship to younger students, youth highway clean-up.
