A Heartfelt Reminder: You Are Not Alone

On Friday, as I was getting ready to start my work day I received an email regarding the tragic news that a professional MH colleague had died by su***de. Honestly, it hit me like a ton bricks and I couldn't help but to weep for their families, children, and loved ones. Thinking about what could have done or said to prevent a precious life.
