To all those in recovery or active addiction. Please be careful with the drug you are using. The new street drug named TRANQ has made its way to Maryland. It is a combination of Fentanyl, Benzos, and a large animal tranquilizer called Xylazine. Xylazine increases the risk of fatality when mixed with Fentanyl. Please be careful and remember Recovery is Possible
