On May 28, 2026, the Hampstead Lions & Lioness Club awarded scholarships to the following students of Manchester Valley High School.

📌Hampstead Lions Club/Hampstead School Alumni Scholarship: Molly Devers

📌H. Craig Snyder Memorial Scholarship: Julie Staples

📌Hampstead Lioness Club Branch/Hampstead School Alumni Scholarship: Chase Wright

📌Mary E. Hamilton Memorial Scholarship: Anson Butler

The Hampstead Lions & Hampstead Lioness Club Branch award scholarships annually to students at Manchester Valley.

On Aug. 28, 1951, the HLC were granted a charter from Lions International; and was formally chartered with 23 members and three transfers. Today the Hampstead Lions Club has more than 70 men and women, of all ages, working together to serve our community and Lions International.

The shirt (t-shirt, long sleeve, sweatshirt, and hoodie) is available, featuring the winning design - through Maryland Print House. The "store" is open until May 30; the merch is shipped directly to your house; and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lions Club:

🐾 Thank you to everyone who participated in the Hampstead Day Dog Show on Saturday! We had such a wonderful time seeing all of the adorable pups and amazing community support. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to share that the proceeds from the dog show were donated to the Humane Society of Carroll County to help support the animals in our care.
