🌧️ Despite the rain, hundreds gathered on Saturday, May 23, in Seaside Park, NJ, for the 8th Annual Valor 5K — a moving tribute honoring our fallen heroes 🇺🇸💙

💪 In a powerful display of sacrifice, strength, and brotherhood, Troopers and Police Officers ran the 5K in full uniform and gear, carrying the weight of duty while honoring the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Every step taken represented courage, service, and a promise to never forget our fallen. 🖤🕊️

Supporters stood proudly alongside members of the New Jersey State Police, Maryland State Police, New York State Police, Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office, and Toms River Police Department for a day filled with remembrance, unity, and unwavering support for law enforcement 🚔🤝

🎶 The ceremony opened with the New Jersey State Police Color Guard and bagpiper, followed by a heartfelt performance of the National Anthem by Tatiana Iler. Nick Bruno of Valor Supplements recognized all participating agencies and led a solemn moment of silence dedicated to the officers and troopers each team ran in honor of. 🙏

Families and attendees enjoyed displays from multiple agency Police cars, the NJSP Mounted Unit 🐎, NJSP Marine Unit 🚤, and NJSP TEAMS Unit 🚛. The Troopers United Foundation was proud to present Nick Bruno of Valor Supplements with the Diamond Partner Award 💎 for his continued dedication and commitment to our mission.

🏅 All participants in the 5K and Kids Fun Run received a commemorative America 250 | 2026 medal.

We are heartbroken to share that our friend Tara Bosler, wife of State Trooper, Lt Shelley Massingill passed away suddenly after a medical emergency.

Tara was a devoted mom and a deeply thoughtful person. She spent her time giving back to others, including her work at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.

This loss was completely unexpected, and her family is now facing both the emotional and financial weight of it. We’re raising money to help cover funeral costs, children’s college fund and provide ongoing support during this incredibly difficult time.

If you’re able to give, any amount helps. If not, sharing this or keeping Tara’s family in your thoughts and prayers means just as much.
