BOTTLE FEEDERS NEEDED, INCUBATOR CAN BE PROVIDED!

I met someone at the vet today with this poor baby who was found alone out by John Day boat ramp last night. Unfortunately he did not make it. Flea infestation and emaciation suggests flea anemia which is a killer of kittens. Another box of 3 week olds was just brought to me from Jewell also, one kitten deceased, the other 3 in poor shape. They are being triaged and placed into an incubator but by tomorrow evening will need another bottle feeder. Please text me at 503-741-7369 if you are able.

We got a call from a family in need of rehoming two neutered males, but they are also in need of vet care ASAP due to urinary issues, and we are hoping to find sponsors for these cats as this is out of our abilities right now. If you can help please text us at 503-741-7369. They need to see a vet as soon as possible. thanks!

HEADS UP!!

We are seeing people posting asking for kittens/pets that we are aware are habitual pet flippers, neglecters and abusers. PLEASE, if you are thinking of giving or selling any pets to someone feel free to check with us or the shelter to see if they are on our do not adopt to lists. And we urge you in any case not to give away pets to people over Facebook. We are seeing SO many neglected and abused pets right now and so many of them were free or cheap over social media. Animals depend on us to keep them safe! Help stop the free pet crisis!

We would also like to urge administrators of local FB pages, whether pet related or community/garage sale/buy/sell pages, not to allow pets to be given away or sold, you would be helping the pet crisis immensley, thank you!

Orange Julius and Siri were left behind a few months ago. A kind person was finally able to get them safe. Orange Julius is around 3 years old we think, and once he realized he was safe and feeling better he came out of his shell big time. He is a comical guy, and loves to rub his cheek on yours if you let him! Siri is a sweet, deaf app. 8 yr old lady who loves to sit next to you and be petted forever. These two need homes or fosters as soon as possible, ideally separately, as Siri is not fond of her former housemate, probably because he really wants her to play with him. If you can help give either of these babies a place to land, please text us at 503-741-7369. 🐈
