A heartfelt thank-you to the incredible women of Church of the King for spending Sisterhood Serve Day with us at Lynhaven! ❤️

These amazing volunteers helped prepare jewelry materials for the women in our program to create and sell through Redemption NOLA Jewelry. Their service may have looked like sorting and organizing supplies, but its impact reaches much further—helping women learn valuable skills, build confidence, earn income, and prepare for a more independent future.

We are grateful for women who willingly use their time and talents to encourage and empower other women. This is the body of Christ in action—serving together, loving one another, and helping rebuild lives.

Through hands-on opportunities, women learn valuable workplace skills, build confidence, develop responsibility, and discover abilities they may not have recognized in themselves. We are so proud of our recent Lynhaven graduates! 🎓❤️

Every cap and gown represents far more than completing a program. It represents courage, perseverance, healing, and countless moments of choosing to keep moving forward—even when the journey was difficult.

These women have worked hard, grown in their faith, faced their pasts, and taken meaningful steps toward the future God has prepared for them. Their stories remind us that through Jesus Christ, transformation is possible and no life is beyond restoration.

Today, we celebrate one very special little boy—and the incredible journey God has brought him through. Azrael came directly off the streets with his dad and has now been part of our Lynhaven family for over a year, receiving the full-time care, safety, and love every child deserves.
