In March 2020, it started as a small idea...collect cans and bottles to help raise money for our More Than Strong Cancer Fund. We put the word out and it spread like wildfire. Here we are 6 years later hitting a huge milestone ❤️

We put countless hours in collecting, sorting and returning. We do this because we care about those in our community affected by cancer 💜

We thank everyone that has donated their cans/bottles to us. As you can see, each donation, big and small, has made an impact.

A HUGE thank you to all the staff at CBR for being kind and helpful EVERY SINGLE time we return our cans. Every can/bottle we returned, passed through their doors. We are proud to support a local business, we dont know where we would be without them.

Can't thank Kurt Wilson, Lynn Casterline Hansen and Pam Phillips Filipetti for working their butts off today at the Bills game. We volunteered at a food stand today from 7am until 630pm all to raise money for our More Than Strong Cancer Fund. We had a line of people non-stop the entire game. It was very overwhelming and a ton of hard work, but we did it ❤️ really hoping we never have to work that stand again lol. I'm glad I had a second to take a couple pictures 😊

Every year, our More Than Strong Cancer Fund sends local families affected by cancer to Jellystone in Java for a weekend in the Fall. This year, we are sending 5 families 💜

We provide each family with a camping goodie basket to help make their weekend even more memorable. Most of the families go during Jellystone's Halloween Weekends, which are super fun! 👻 🧙‍♀️ 🍬 We have one family going Labor Day Weekend and four families going during the Halloween weekends.

We put together an Amazon Wishlist with items that we put in these goodie baskets. If you would like to purchase an item, please take a look at our Wishlist link below.

We also include UNO card game in each basket, but I couldn't find the cheaper ones on Amazon. If anyone would like to purchase them, let me know. We need 5.

Yesterday was a very busy day for our More Than Strong Cancer Fund. Volunteers. Our special event at CBR was a great success and we are very, very close to our goal of One Million cans returned! Thank you to everyone that came out to support us 💜

Then we volunteered at our Beer Stand at the Bills Stadium for the Scrimmage game. Met alot of great people and raised funds for the More Than Strong Cancer Fund. We will be at every home game for this season at our stand in Section 141. Stop by if and say Hi 👋 💙❤️ 🦬

👀🔎Here is everything you need to know about our 7th Annual More Than Strong Cancer Fund Fundraiser on September 26th.

🍝 Spaghetti Dinner tickets are NOW AVAILABLE to purchase for $13 (limited amount will be sold) Please contact us to purchase them now

🚫 There is NO admission fee to attend

🎫 There will be over 100 baskets to raffle off, ticket sheets are sold at the event

🎀 We will have BIG TICKET ITEMS and an ULTIMATE PRIZE to raffle off, tickets are sold at the event. Follow our page to see what these are as I post them.

🙋‍♀️ You DO NOT need to be present to win any prizes

💝 You can stay for the whole event or just come to get a dinner and some tickets

The main goal for the More Than Strong Cancer Fund is to provide kind gestures to local cancer warriors to lift them up during their life changing journey.

If you know a local cancer warrior or a caregiver or family member affected by cancer living in the Southtowns that could use some cheering up, please share their story with us. We can be contacted through PM on Facebook or at 716-997-9752.

After receiving their story, we will determine if and how we might be able to send them some cheer and be a Rainbow in Their Cloud ❤️
