Margaret was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in 11/2012 and she passed away 13 months later. As she fought for her life, our friends came together and started this site to raise funds for all the expenses that you incur: medical, driving back and forth for treatment and fun for making her smile. Margaret and I discussed before she passed, about continuing Smiles For Margaret when she was all bett

er so we could help other families. I have started Smiles For Margaret, Inc to make other kids fighting the fight, smile. And helping those families that are now in the ocean swimming for their families survival. Please consider donating to help those families with expenses. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you who ran, walked, volunteered, donated and sponsored the 5k! We couldn’t continue to support other families affected by childhood cancer if it weren’t for all of you! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
