❤️🐾 A Heartfelt Message From Helping Community Paws and Claws 🐾❤️
I’m going to be a little vulnerable today, because asking for donations has never been easy for me.
We work incredibly hard to raise our own money so we don’t have to constantly ask our community for financial help. We organize garage sales, set up at flea markets, apply for grants, and do everything we can to keep our mission going.
But right now, our funds are running extremely low, and we need your help.
Our annual garage sale is our biggest fundraiser of the year, but we’re struggling to get it organized this time. I’ll share more about that later.
The truth is, we’re tired. Our team works incredibly hard, and while our hearts are still very much in this mission, we can only do so much without the financial resources to continue.
We still have so many community cats on our TNR waiting list, along with families throughout Logan County who need help getting their pets spayed or neutered. The need hasn’t slowed down, but unfortunately, our funding has.
I want everyone to understand something very important about Helping Community Paws and Claws.
❤️ Not one penny goes into my pocket or the pockets of our team members. We are all volunteers. Every dollar we raise goes right back into our mission of spaying, neutering, TNR, and helping animals in need.
We don’t have paid staff. We do this because we believe that preventing unwanted litters is one of the most important things we can do to reduce animal suffering in our community.
Asking for money is hard for me. Maybe it’s pride, maybe it’s because I’ve always believed in working hard for what you need. But I’ve also learned that we cannot do this alone.
If you believe in what we’re doing and would like to see Helping Community Paws and Claws continue serving Logan County, please consider making a donation.
🐾 Even $1 makes a difference. Those little donations add up, and every single one is appreciated more than you know.
We’ll continue our flea markets and fundraisers whenever we can, and I’ll continue applying for grants. But right now, we need a little help from the community we’ve worked so hard to serve.
❤️ If you’ve ever thought about supporting our mission, now would be a wonderful time.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has supported us, volunteered their time, donated items, or believed in what we’re trying to accomplish.
We have accomplished so much together, and I truly hope we can continue making a difference, one animal at a time.
We truly cannot do it without you. ❤️🐾
