Today our Troops February meeting consisted of Celebrating Valentines Day, and World Thinking Day which is on February 22nd.

Our Valentine Project consisted of Making cards for our Senior Citizens and delivering them to residents at our local Nursing home.

For their World thinking Day activity “Celebrating 100 years of friendship” they made friendship bracelets together to represent the🌎 as well as learned a bit of history about World Thinking Day.

Thank you to Mrs. Kay Z Johnson for sponsoring this months activities for our girls!

They were able to earn two patches today at their February meeting.

Our troop met this month and made ornaments and snacked on chocolate covered pretzels, peppermint popcorn, and lemonade. We exchanged these ornaments amongst our troop using a right left Christmas story!!

Tonight a few of our girls were able to attend a Friendsgiving and earn a Thanksgiving patch.

They made flower pots blooming with positive affirmation quotes, a “notes of kindness” friendship chain, played games and enjoyed pizza together!

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all who have served our country.

🇺🇸 Today our scouts teamed up with Down South Lumber and began delivering blankets to our Veterans. Thank you to our community as well, you helped make our Spread the Warmth blanket drive a huge success.
