Hey Grove City Girls Fastpitch families! We need some extra hands at the concession stand to support our awesome 12U games.

Monday: 8 PM game
Wednesday: 6 PM game

Even an hour or two of help makes a big difference—selling snacks, drinks, and keeping things running smoothly for everyone at the field. It's a fun way to support the girls and chat with other families! 🌭🥤🍿

**Grove City 12U Black 2026 Explodes in a Thrilling 15-2 Victory Over 12U Farrell!** 💛🥎🖤

The Grove City 12U Black 2026 squad came out firing on all cylinders on Wednesday night at delivering an absolute offensive masterpiece in a dominant 15-2 win against 12U Farrell!

From the very first pitch, Grove City was unstoppable. In the bottom of the first inning, they exploded out of the gate: Kirstin A ripped a single to drive in a run, Hannah S and Morgan H drew clutch walks that brought more runners home, and the team capped it off with a daring steal of home that had the crowd on their feet! The Black team jumped to an early lead and never looked back.

The second inning turned into a full-blown fireworks show! Grove City poured on five more runs on just three hits. Brielle H walked and scored, Kenley Y smashed an incredible **inside-the-park home run** that cleared the bases and brought home three runs, and another lightning-fast steal of home added the fifth! The energy was electric as the girls rounded the bases with huge smiles.

They kept the momentum roaring in the third, adding another five runs on two hits. Hannah and Morgan drew more patient walks to score, Olivia J smashed a big double, and yes — another steal of home! This team was relentless on the base paths.

Pitching dominance rounded out the gem. Olivia P got the start and was brilliant on the mound, tossing three strong innings, allowing just one hit and two runs while striking out an impressive **eight batters** and walking two. Brielle came in for relief and threw a shutout inning, giving up only one hit while striking out two more.

Standout performers shined bright for Grove City:
- Kenley led the charge with three RBIs from the nine spot, going 1-for-1 with that massive inside-the-park homer.
- Kirstin and Olivia each collected two hits.
- The entire lineup showed incredible plate discipline with eight walks — Hannah and Morgan each earned two!
- The base-running was pure chaos (in the best way): Hannah, Morgan, Kirstin, Olivia, Hadleigh D, Olivia, and McKenna C all swiped multiple bags. Grove City ran wild with a jaw-dropping 28 stolen bases!

On the other side, Jewell and Juli each recorded a hit for 12U Farrell. They also showed some speed on the bases with 10 stolen bases, but Grove City’s pitching and defense kept them in check.

What an exciting night of softball! These girls played with heart, hustle, and pure joy — a perfect example of teamwork and sportsmanship.

🥎🔥 GROVE CITY 10U GOLD BRINGS THE ENERGY IN 9-5 VICTORY OVER SLIPPERY ROCK BLACK! 🔥🥎

Grove City 10U Gold put together an exciting all-around performance Monday night, earning a 9-5 win with great hitting, aggressive baserunning, and outstanding defense!

The girls wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, jumping out to an early lead in the first inning. Jocelynn S started the excitement with a line-drive single, while Adelayde M and Jaelynn M helped keep the pressure on as Grove City raced out in front.

The offense continued to roll in the second inning before exploding for five runs in the third. Allyson A showed patience at the plate by drawing a bases-loaded walk, and then Lenora L delivered a clutch two-run single to spark the rally. Cali M followed with a big two-run hit of her own, bringing home teammates and sending the Grove City fans into cheers!

Danica M got the start in the circle and battled hard, while Jocelynn S came in to help close out the victory. At the plate, Lenora, Jocelynn, Cali, and Jaelynn each collected hits, with Lenora and Cali leading the way with two RBIs apiece.

Grove City's speed was on full display as the team swiped 14 bases and constantly put pressure on the defense. Lenora, Adelayde, Jaelynn, and Rachael B each recorded multiple steals, turning singles and walks into scoring opportunities throughout the game.

The defense was just as impressive. Grove City played a flawless game in the field, committing zero errors and making the routine plays look easy. Every player contributed to a complete team effort from start to finish.

From clutch hits and heads-up baserunning to strong pitching and perfect defense, it was a fun night for Grove City 10U Gold! 🖤💛

Zoey A Shines Bright as Grove City 12U Black 2026 Explode for a Thrilling 16-8 Victory! 🖤🥎💛✨

What an electrifying game! Grove City 12U Black 2026 lit up the diamond on Thursday in Sharon, cruising to a big 16-8 win with huge smiles, awesome hits, and non-stop energy the whole way through!
Zoey A was absolutely on fire, going 3-for-4 at the plate and putting on a show everyone will be talking about! She crushed an inside-the-park home run in the fifth inning that had the crowd cheering, and added two doubles—one in the first and another in the second. Way to go, Zoey! 🔥
The Grove City girls jumped out to a hot start in the top of the first. Charlotte C doubled to kick things off, Olivia P singled in a run, Hannah S brought another one home with a single, and Hadleigh D smashed a double that scored two more. The scoreboard was rocking early!
They kept the excitement rolling in the second inning, exploding for five big runs on four hits to take firm control of the game. Charlotte’s clutch fly out drove in a pair of runners and had everyone on their feet!
The fifth inning was pure fireworks too—four more runs crossed the plate to stretch the lead to 15-6. Olivia J and Kenley Y came through with big singles, and then Zoey launched that memorable inside-the-park homer to bring even more excitement!
Brielle H started on the mound for Grove City and battled hard, throwing four strong innings while striking out four batters.
The Grove City 12U Black 2026 offense was unstoppable all day, racking up an incredible 21 hits! Kirstin A led the charge with a perfect 4-for-4 performance. Hannah, Morgan H, Charlotte, Kenley, Olivia, and Olivia all had multiple hits, and the speed on the bases was awesome—nine stolen bases total! Hannah, Kirstin, and Zoey each swiped multiple bags and kept the pressure on.
What a fantastic team win filled with big swings, smart base running, and tons of heart! Grove City 12U Black 2026 will be back at home on Wednesday to take on 12U Farrell. Let’s keep the energy going—go Grove City! 💪🖤🥎💛
This was the kind of family-fun game that makes youth sports so special!

8u Grey keeps things rolling this week winning at home over Greenville 1-0 last night. Pitching by Naomi and Sadie was strong with 12 strikeouts from the circle. Norah scored the only run and everyone played excellent defense to leave Greenville scoreless in 6 total innings.

Today they battled Slippery Rock and tied 0-0. Again, Naomi was consistent and strong in the circle with multiple strike outs. Multiple hits were made and the bases were loaded twice with no success at scoring runs. Defense was top notch leaving Slippery Rock scoreless.

And of course, they ended both games with doing the cha-cha slide with the opposing team on the field.

Way to go! They now have a record of 7-1-2 heading into to the last few games of the season! 🥎 🦅

What an incredible nail-biter on the diamond tonight! The GCGFPS 8U Grey squad showed pure heart and hustle as they took down the previously undefeated Sharpsville team in a thrilling 4-3 victory! Naomi was an absolute superstar on the mound, firing off strikeouts left and right and racking up 4 of them all by herself, while her teammates delivered clutch hits and smart base running that had everyone cheering wildly from the stands. With this hard-fought win, the Grey crew improves to a fantastic 6-1-1 record—way to go, team! Keep swinging for the fences and having fun out there! 🥎🩶

🌟 Lights, Action, and Pure Softball Magic Under the Friday Night Sky! 🌟

The 10U Black & Gold showdown last night was everything a classic rivalry game should be — electric energy, big smiles, and heart-pounding action from the first pitch to the final out!

Both teams brought their absolute best under those bright field lights. The girls played with incredible hustle, fearless defense, and big-time swings that had everyone on the edge of their seats. It was a true battle between two talented squads who left everything on the field.

This was a night that reminded everyone why we love GC Softball. The sportsmanship, the teamwork, and the pure joy these girls showed made it a special evening for players and families alike. The future of GC Softball is bright — these young athletes are building skills, confidence, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Huge shoutout to every player who stepped up, every coach who guided them, and all the families who cheered their hearts out. Nights like this are what youth sports are all about!

8u grey battled it out with Hermitage Hart last night beating them 5-4. We now have a record of 3-1-1. Pitching was Naomi- who struck out several batters on her own without coach pitch, Aubriella and Sadie. Multiple RBIs and great hits from all. Enjoy the pic of our brand new upgraded field 3!

Grove City Eagles 14U Doubleheader 🖤🥎💛

Our girls battled hard in a pair of really close games last evening vs Slippery Rock 14U and showed tons of heart, hustle, and great sportsmanship!

Game 1: We fell just short 8-4.
Emily Midberry stole home and the Eagles swiped an impressive **10 bases** as a team! Jayden Vaughan also battled in the box and on the mound, striking out 8 batters. Amelia Drumm drove in a run, and Emily led the way with multiple hits. The girls never gave up and kept the pressure on with their speed.

Game 2: Another nail-biter — we came up just one run short in a 6-5 loss.
Emily Midberry had an outstanding day at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a triple, a single, and a spectacular inside-the-park home run! Maria Micco and Ava Murphy chipped in with big hits as well. Kenzie Ostergard worked hard in the circle, throwing five strong innings with 3 strikeouts while battling through traffic. The team showed great fight, especially in the later innings.

Even though the scoreboard didn’t go our way, we’re so proud of the way our Eagles competed, supported each other, and played with passion. These are the kind of days that build character and team chemistry!

Great job ladies — keep your heads up and get ready to bounce back! 💪🦅
