APEX - Advocates for Promoting Educational Excellence Protecting and improving the learning environments for children in GDRSD.

In 2013, the Chair of the School Committee and the former Superintendent, contacted two concerned citizens asking for their willingness to form a group to fight for what was needed to save the schools as a result of a major budget debacle. With a very short window to succeed, a team of committed and passionate community members from both Groton and Dunstable volunteered and formed APEX. We learned

that we are able to rally the citizens of our towns that are concerned and passionate about our schools.
