🧡🖤A Heartfelt THANK YOU to Our Community🧡🖤

As we reflect on yesterday's PPEL special election, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported this initiative.

We are especially mindful of the groups in previous elections who poured their hearts and souls into campaigns, even when the outcomes weren’t as we hoped. Your hard work laid the foundation for us to learn, grow, and improve with each step forward.

To all of our amazing community members: thank you for taking the time to educate yourselves on this important issue. Thank you for your conversations with friends and neighbors, your encouragement to vote YES, and your unwavering commitment to making our community better together.

A special thank you goes to Superintendent, Lisa Beames at Grinnell-Newburg Community Schools. Her tireless dedication to providing factual information, her transparency, and her vision for the best path forward for our schools have been invaluable. We are fortunate to have such a passionate leader for our district.

This win is not just a victory—it’s a testament to the UNITY of our community. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support and belief in creating a brighter future for Grinnell, together!

LINK Grinnell endorses tomorrow’s PPEL vote! LINK invests in our community’s children every day. Let’s do our part and vote YES to support our local kids!

Thank you, LINK Grinnell, for your support! 🧡🖤

LINK Grinnell board and staff strongly support the PPEL tax levy and encourage a YES vote on Tuesday, March 4. As an organization that partners closely with the Grinnell-Newburg district, we believe a passage of PPEL will be the best outcome for our schools and community programs such as ours. A YES vote allows us to come together in collaboration with the District, as well as the Early Learning Center, to more broadly address opportunities around child care and its critical role in our community.

Quality schools are essential not only for academic achievement but also for the well-being of our community. By investing in our school facilities, we help create environments where students and staff can thrive, and where families are more fully supported. Strong schools strengthen our entire community, fostering positive outcomes for children, families, and future generations. We encourage everyone to support the PPEL tax levy and help build a brighter future for our children and our community!

"We want Grinnell to be a town our kids want to move back to and raise their families." - OA session attendee

Last night marked our final education session, featuring GNCSD Superintendent Lisa Beames. A huge thank you to everyone who attended – we had a great turnout!

Investing in a new school is an investment in the future of our community. The time is NOW to VOTE YES!

Excerpt of the Tiger Sports Live Stream Network PPEL endorsement: "I would like to leave everyone with a couple of things that I have learned about Grinnell since I moved here in 1996. Grinnell continues to support Grinnell, this means when I look around and have conversations with businesses and citizens of Grinnell, a lot of them have one thing in common, they were born here, went to school here, went away to college, and they returned to Grinnell to start their families and continue a career. Stop and think about that for a minute. What if we did not continue to invest in that circle of life for our future?"

Thank you, Dan, for your support! We hope our community's children CONTINUE to come "home" after college and choose to raise their families in Grinnell!

Vote YES on March 4!
