Connecting with other people is good for your wellbeing. When someone is feeling like they are in a dark place emotionally, it can be really hard to reach out to people. If you notice changes in someone you care about, take that effort to reach out to them. It means so much.

We are excited to open nominations for the 2026 Indiana Su***de Prevention & Awareness Summit statewide awards. Award winners will be recognized at the 2026 Summit on August 5, 2026, at Wyndham West Indianapolis during lunch.

Nominations should be completed electronically by June 16th, 2026 at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/26ISPASaward

Individuals nominated could be a service provider (individual or organization) who goes beyond the care of a person and/or their family, connecting them to resources and promoting continuity of care. Nominees should be someone who has championed su***de prevention and awareness in the state of Indiana. Award categories include Front Line Responder, Outstanding Community Connector, Su***de Prevention Advocate, and Champion of the Year.
