Sometimes the biggest opportunity starts with simply saying YES. 💜

GWI graduate Sarah Brannigan still uses the elevator pitch skills she learned at Girls With Impact, and her advice to other young women is just as practical: put yourself out there, take advantage of the opportunities around you, and don’t be afraid to fail.

Ready to take your own leap? Our live, online fall classes start September 12th and October 14th, and you can receive 100% scholarship coverage with code META26.

Some of the most important work at Girls With Impact happens long before a student ever signs up for a program.

Today, we’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to Susan Fleming, MBA, GWI’s Chief Learning Officer, whose work and leadership shapes so much of what our students experience.

Susan is the architect behind many of GWI’s programs. She worked with our Program Director McKenna Belury to build our Career Accelerator and mentorship programs from the ground up, turning big ideas about career readiness into practical learning experiences that prepare young women for what comes next.

Her impact goes even further. Susan manages our student outcomes data, helping us understand what’s working and continually strengthen our programs.

And as the workplace evolves, she’s leading the charge to integrate useful, practical AI skills into our curriculum, ensuring our students preparing to succeed in this fast-changing future of work.

Susan, thank you for the thought, rigor, and innovation you bring to GWI every day. Your work has an impact on every student who comes through our programs, and we’re so grateful to have you on our team.

Help us give Susan some well-deserved recognition! 🙌 🎉
