The SHADS of Greenville & HMI held its first Annual Nurse Scholarship & Nurse Appreciation Fundraiser. D2 member Linda Anderson was the keynote speaker and delivered a dynamic message “Nursing as a Calling and Not Just A Professional. D2 members were recognized: Evelyn Sherdon, a chartered member and 1st Vice President in 1988; Mazie Whalen a chartered member and Norma Evans, a past president and treasurer.
We are grateful for our community partners and the recognition.

We had an exceptional experience at the EPRNM CONFERENCE! D2 represented well! Two first time attendees Ms. Kiyo Holmes and Ms. Dalillah Short. Two dynamic speakers:
Dr. LaWanda Harris gave an Empirical Report on the P.E.A.R.L. Initiative
Ms. Kiyo Holmes spoke on Holistic Healing.
Mrs. Quarletta Pinkney received the Advanced Degree Scholarship & Award.
AND our very own President was re-elected as State Chaplain! Mr. Ezell Landrum!!!
Our delegates for the business assembly included President Ezell Landrum, President-Elect Kiyo Holmes, Mrs. Audrey Landrum and Ms. Vernessia Coleman!
