SCDC INMATES REPORT ON CONDITIONS WORSENING THERE DUE TO DECREASE STAFF...
I've been in prison for almost 19 years I'm at turbeville corrections institution..I'm tired I just want to go home prison is getting worser and worser from the food to health n mental health these plp don't care bout them selfs have no degrees in anything they give u less then the bare minimum the food will kill idk how much more to say to the youth to not come to jail,plp loosing there lives loosing there mind scdc is not helping they actually investing in everything but rehabilitation,they steady putting up nets stopping programs u only get to participate in them if u under 6 months..where is this change u expect from me when u give me no hope to hold on too..laws made by the criminal them selfs were it don't affect them but me n u..we still living in this matrix blind being led by a slave mentality government were all they see is profit in us..$30,000 a year per inmate one pair Crocs that supposed to last u 1 year before u can turn them in what if u have no money u have to wear them same Crocs to the kitchen in the snow in the rain yur toes and feet get f up,2 state bars for the month u can only make 1 five minute phone call per month..I'm tired because I don't see the change for the better I see it for the worst,I see more brothers dying gasping for help..they block our visits and ways to put funds on are books..the cafeteria is the worst here at turbeville they hire junkies with no self respect n morals bout them selfs Ms Burgess is evil and so disrespectful with her workers holds back on the food don't give u orange juice or fruits because she says we make wine with it that's not your job ma'am your job is to put food ont he plate not police them..I will write bck to any one who got questions about scdc or prison...

SUPPORT THIS BILL SAVE TAX $$$ REUNIFY FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY!!! How many of y'all have family members that's in prison it's time to take a stand on this 85 percent law and start with us as family members I'm going to share a bill S0055 that bill can get 85 percent down to 77 percent we have to start by calling senator Allen or any senator or this list ask about the bill S0055 why haven't it been heard if you got to call everyday do it only show that we as a family are supporting the bill please start calling tomorrow and everyday after share and share with your family members so we can get our love ones home Source: South Carolina Legislature (.gov) support of Bill S0055.
