Dear Casi Foundation We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting families of missing persons. You are not alone. Integrity: We operate with transparency, compassion, and respect.

Founded by the family of Casi Ann Pogue (missing since 2020), we provide tools, resources, and guidance to help families take action and raise awareness. The Dear Casi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by the family of Casi Ann Pogue, who has been missing since July 5, 2020. Born from personal heartbreak, our mission is to support families of missing persons by providing the tools, resources, and guidance they need to take action—without wasting precious time. We understand the fear, confusion, and urgency that come with a loved one’s disappearance. That’s why we’re here: to walk with families through the search process, help them raise awareness, and offer hope when it’s needed most.

📣 FLYER FRIDAY IS HERE! 📣

Every Friday, we share missing-person flyers because every missing person deserves to be seen, remembered, and searched for. 💗

Behind every flyer is a family waiting for answers. A mother. A father. A child. A sibling. A friend. Someone who is loved and missed every single day.

Today, we’re sharing these cases to help put their faces in front of as many people as possible. 👀

➡️ Take a moment to look through the flyers.
➡️ Share them to your page.
➡️ Tag friends and family.
➡️ Save the flyers and keep them circulating.
➡️ If you recognize someone or have information, contact the appropriate law-enforcement agency listed on their flyer.

You never know who might see a face they recognize or remember a detail that could help bring someone home.

🎃🍬 TRUNK-OR-TREAT SEASON IS COMING! 🍬🎃

October is going to be a busy month for Dear Casi Foundation, and we are excited to be part of several Trunk-or-Treat community events! 🧡

We won’t just be handing out candy—we’ll also be providing Child Identification Kits to families, helping parents take an important step toward keeping their children safe. 💕🆔

But we need YOUR help! 👇

🍭 We are currently collecting candy donations to help us make sure we have plenty of treats for all the little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and everything in between! 👻🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️

🚨 MISSING PERSON — DWANE MITCHELL SCOTT 🚨
📍 Reading, Pennsylvania
We’re asking the public to help bring attention to Dwane Mitchell Scott, who is missing from the Reading, PA area.

Dwane was at his parents’ home when he told them he was leaving to go to a bar. He was last seen at Maria’s in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has not been seen since.

👕 WHAT HE WAS LAST WEARING
• A 3/4-length gray winter coat with faux-fur trim
• Possibly a winter hat with a pom-pom
🔎 IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Dwane has several scars, including scars on his abdomen, right wrist, legs, and knees.
His teeth had been surgically removed, and he was not wearing his dentures when he went missing.

CASE HIGHLIGHT WEDNESDAY 🔎 | MATHEW VETROMILE

💙 Mathew Vetromile has been missing from Orlando, Florida, since March 1, 2021.

Mathew was 32 years old when he disappeared and was last seen at Monumental Movieland on International Drive in Orlando. According to reports, Mathew had been staying at the hotel with his girlfriend. After the two reportedly had an argument, Mathew left—and he has never been heard from again.

His mother had spoken with him by phone just hours before his disappearance. She said Mathew normally stayed in regular contact with his family, making the sudden loss of communication deeply concerning.

Mathew is described as approximately 5’8” and 180 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

His family has spent years searching for answers and refusing to let his case fade away. A tree was even planted in Mathew’s honor at Veterans Memorial Park in Henrietta, New York, where he spent time growing up.

❌ Do not assume a missing person has been forgotten just because time has passed.
❌ Do not assume someone else will share the flyer.

❌ MYTH: If someone has been missing for years, there’s no point in continuing to look.

✅ FACT: There is ALWAYS a reason to keep looking. Cold cases can be solved years—even decades—later. New technology, new information and renewed attention can make a difference.
