Happy Nurses Week to our amazing Nurse Case Managers! 💙🩺

This week we proudly celebrate the dedicated nurses of our Healthy Start program who work tirelessly to support mothers, babies, and families throughout pregnancy and postpartum care.

From providing education and encouragement to helping improve access to care and reduce infant and maternal mortality, our nurses are truly making a difference across the Delta everyday. Their compassion, commitment, and support help families feel seen, heard, and cared for during some of life's most important moments.
