We are incredibly proud and honored to announce that DCTA has been named the 2026 North Carolina Community Tennis Association of the Year! 🎉

This recognition is a tremendous honor and a reflection of the passion, dedication, and hard work that go into growing the game of tennis in our community. Our mission has always been to make tennis accessible, create opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels, and build a stronger community through the love of the game. We are so grateful to see those efforts recognized, and we look forward to continuing to grow the game and make an even greater impact in the years to come!

This achievement would not be possible without our amazing board members and volunteers. Thank you for the countless hours, hard work, enthusiasm, and heart you pour into DCTA throughout the year. Your commitment and generosity are what make our programs, events, and community outreach possible. This award belongs to all of you! ❤️

Happy National Tennis Month! We are excited to share that the City of Greenville and the Town of Winterville have officially commissioned DCTA to proclaim May as National Tennis Month. Check out this clip from a recent Greenville City Council meeting where our VP, Sangita Tewari, speaks on the benefits of tennis! 🎾

A huge appreciation to the one and only Rodney Bailey who drives tennis through so many channels in our region! Rodney is volunteer President of the DCTA and spearheads outreach into the community to make tennis accessible to all.

A tireless helper for events such as the recent 65+ USTA State Championships and ensures tennis is represented at events such as the City of Greenvilles's Rec & Roll initiative.

The tennis community in Pitt County is fortunate to have you in their corner.

DCTA has been a proud participant in the Rec-N-Roll events happening around Greenville. We love introducing kids to tennis and teaching them all about the health benefits as well as having fun! There are a few left in the month of May. Come on out and join us!
