Did you know 1 in 3 teens has experienced some form of intimate partner violence? Teen dating violence has lasting physical, emotional, and mental health consequences, and yet, it remains a conversation we often avoid. Unhealthy relationship patterns formed in adolescence can follow youth into adulthood if left unaddressed.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is deeply committed to protecting our youth by educating and empowering them through interactive programming that fosters healthy, respectful, and violence-free relationships. We believe every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard. As the new school year begins, we want to take a moment to wish all of the students, teachers, school staff, and families a safe and successful return to the classroom. The start of a new school year is always a special time — filled with opportunity, growth, and renewed connections.

Whether you're stepping into kindergarten, starting your senior year, or supporting students from behind the scenes, your role matters.

In the spirit of Imani (Faith), on Day 7 of the final principle of Kwanzaa, we honor our best traditions in our community and culture. As we begin this new year, we charge you to continue looking within yourselves and above to strive for a higher level of spirituality and a better life for you and those around you.



Faith in ourselves is critical. Faith in our human capacity to live righteously, self-correcting, supporting, caring forand being responsible for each other, continuing to evolve and creating a good network around us.

We proudly recognize Day 6 of Kwanzaa - the principle of Kuumba, Creativity.



From adopt-a-highway locations in local communities and park beautification to repainting schools, building houses and schools in underserved communities worldwide, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and it’s Auxiliaries genuinely embody the spirit of Kuumba, beautifying the world and leaving it better than we inherited it.



In the new year, consider partnering with local service organizations to enhance your local community by volunteering side-by-side or donating to an initiative they sponsor in line with your goals. The work that you do does not go unnoticed - it has the impact to change the world.
