Tomorrow is the 2024 Annual Alex Naggy Memorial Golf Outing!! We can’t wait to see everyone ⛳️ 🏌️‍♂️

A few reminders:
- Registration begins at 12:45 pm
- Shotgun start at 1:45 pm
- Please make arrangements to stay for dinner and raffles/prizes after the outing concludes

A special announcement:
This year we have a VERY special collaboration with the incredibly talented Skene 19 Films. 🎥 Marcus and his team will be on-site at tomorrow’s outing to capture footage for a short feature film that will be shared with our outing participants. We are so excited to partner with Marcus to create a lasting memory from this year’s event!

Congratulations to Emma Cervola and Andrew Hagins, 2023 Hempfield Area High School graduates and the 1st recipients of “The Alex Naggy Memorial Scholarship.” Emma and Andrew were awarded $2,000 each which will be applied to their first semester tuition cost when they start school in the fall. The selection criteria to apply for this scholarship included:

· An individual with a love of athletics who participated in basketball, baseball, or softball at Hempfield Area High School, and demonstrated his/her best while emanating good sportsmanship and character.

· A strong, dedicated, and motivated student with a Grade Point Average of 80% or higher.

· An individual who will be attending a 4-year university, 2-year university, trade school, or opportunity of higher learning.

Scholarship applications were redacted to assure that they were judged without bias. Congratulations and best wishes to both Emma and Andrew in their future endeavors!

The money to support this scholarship is raised through a golf outing held annually in May which is attended by many of Alex’s family and friends. We are happy to share that this year’s outing raised $14,700! Thank you to everyone who attended and/or supported The Alex Naggy Memorial Golf Outing.
