I would like to share that the Decatur County Girl Scouts are sponsoring their annual Daddy Daughter Dance. Bring your favorite adult role model to the Knights of St Johns Hall February 12th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Couples $20.00 and $5.00 for Siblings.

This year we are doing a Sock Hop theme...so girls get your white bobby socks and guys roll those jeans up and slick that hair back. See you there...WARNING: Mothers white bobby socks may be very dirty when your daughters return room.

HELLO, Anyone interested in joining Decatur County Girl Scouts or help out by Volunteering. We will be having a registration event for this coming year tonight, Thursday the 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Decatur County Fair Grounds.
We will have some games and some leaders there to help answer questions and register anyone interested....

Hello Girl Scouts fans. We are holding a Registration Event tomorrow Saturday August 30th from 1 to 3 at the YMCA. Come out get registered, meet your leaders and swim. Sorry for the late notice. Please share this with anyone registered or would like to get registerd.

Come out tomorrow and help support girl scouts and get your windows decked out for the pirates game Saturday, we will be set up on Friday 6-8pm and Saturday 10am-12pm March 28th and 29th. Free Will Donations all proceeds will go toward the girls trip this summer. Girl will be set up at the old Adamo's parking lot across from Ponderosa. See you all tomorrow!

Hello everyone...It's Girl Scout Cookie time....Cookies have gone up this year to $4.00 a box. Some people wonder why other areas sale for less. This is why. Last year the suppliers to Girl Scouts of Central Indiana raised their rates. Due to the economy they chose not to raise the prices. However we were forced to raise them this year. The area that sales at the lower price charges their girls and adults $30.00 dollars a year for registration fees. GSCI only charges $15.00. We would rather charge an extra 50 cents per box and help our girls be able to afford to join. We also have financial aid for many that can not afford to.
Thank you all for supporting these girls in their sales this year. Some of these girls are in dire need of positive influences. You may be helping them achieve that.
