😡😡A pet store out of OHIO has recognized that Kentucky not only has weak animal welfare laws, but most counties can’t afford to enforce what little animal welfare laws we have, making those counties a perfect place to establish puppy mills and encourage backyard breeding/hoarding to supply their pet stores for a massive profit. Animals WILL SUFFER & DIE if this bill passes!! 💔💔
