AbolitionNC began as a small prayer group at Westover Church in May 2009 and within 10 years became a North Carolina Non-Profit organization on behalf of human trafficking victims and survivors. Since its beginnings, AbolitionNC has been a calling from God to raise awareness and compassion for the tragic reality of modern-day slavery. Our focus has alw

ays been to prayerfully follow God’s leading to be his hands and feet to those who have suffered and to prevent the exploitation of future generations. Over the past 6 months, AbolitionNC has helped multiple survivors of human trafficking find emergency housing, support, or resources.

It can take $1,200 to help just one survivor begin their journey toward stability and healing.

That's why we're looking for a few compassionate partners to give $100 a month. Your monthly gift ensures that when a survivor reaches out for help, we can respond immediately with housing, resources, and hope.

Will you help us bring safety and healing to the next survivor?

AbolitionNC is a 501(c)(3). Every gift strengthens our mission and supports vital programs.

Anti‑trafficking organizations in our area are closing their doors or losing critical funding. That means survivors who need emergency housing and support have fewer places to turn. When services disappear, survivors shouldn’t be left with nowhere to go.
AbolitionNC is stepping in to fill the gap. Over the past six months, we’ve helped multiple survivors find emergency housing or essential resources.
For one survivor to begin their journey toward stability and healing, it can take $1,200 in immediate support. We’re asking a few compassionate partners to give $100 a month so we can respond the moment a survivor reaches out.
