Iron Sharp was never just an idea to me—it was something I carried in my heart when I created it in 2017. And now, almost 10 years later, it’s still here.
Even in the seasons when you didn’t see us, we never stopped. We were still showing up—quietly, consistently, and with intention. Pouring into youth. Standing beside families in hard moments. Giving when we could. Being present for milestones, celebrations, and everything in between.
I’ve had the privilege of watching kids grow from middle school into their 20s. I’ve seen graduations, breakthroughs, and full-circle moments that are hard to even put into words. We’ve supported teachers, schools, literacy efforts, organizations like the YMCA, and other nonprofits doing meaningful work. And through it all, the mission never changed.
I’ve also been blessed with the opportunity to take these kids places they may have never experienced otherwise—to expose them to new environments, new possibilities, and new ways of thinking. They’ve had moments they’ll never forget… experiences that opened their eyes, built their confidence, and reminded them that there’s more out there for them. They’ve met people who poured into them, spoke life into them, and showed them what’s possible beyond what they see every day. Those moments matter just as much as anything else—because sometimes one experience can shift the direction of a life.
What you see in these videos… it’s only a glimpse. It doesn’t fully capture the years, the relationships, or the depth of the impact. There are so many moments that were never recorded—moments that live in conversations, in growth, in healing, in lives that shifted for the better.
But we wanted to share what we could—from 2017 to now—because the story DESERVES to be told.
With everything that’s unfolded over the years, this felt like the right time to open that window and let you see what Iron Sharp has been doing… and what it’s still doing through 2026.
