Hello Friends!! 👋💙🤟🏾We are so excited to share that we will be providing school supplies to support Deaf and CODA (children of deaf adults) students in getting their educational needs for the fourth year in a row ✏️ 📚 🖍️ ✂️

If you are a parent of a Deaf or CODA child and will need help with school supplies for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, email [email protected] to be placed on our school supplies list.

We will be providing Deaf and CODA students with essential school supplies such as notebooks, pens, crayons and more. These supplies are crucial for their learning and will enable them to actively participate in class, boost their self confidence, complete assignments, and reach their full potential.

We are super happy to be able to have Deaf children and CODAs off to a good successful start!🥳

It is with a deep sadness and profound sense of loss that we share with you all that our founders grandmother, and a big part of CODA Connections success, Beatrice Hart, affectionately known as Ms. Bea, went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, November 30th 2023. Ms. Beatrice was a huge part of our founders life,the first person to teach our founder American Sign Language and an influential reason of who and where she is today.⁣⁣

Ms. Bea was a pillar in the Deaf community, and didn’t let being Deaf interfere with anything she wanted to do in life. To know her was to love her, so kind and loving she was to all.⁣⁣

We are deeply grateful for your love, support, friendship and prayers during this time.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Flowers, cards and gifts of love for the family can be accepted at and mailed to Davis-Royster Funeral Service, 926 South Garnett Street, Henderson, NC 27536.⁣⁣
