When you focus on the negative, you'll only see what's wrong... what's wrong in a relationship, at your job, in church, with your belongings... the lost could go on and on. However, when you're focus is on the positive, you'll see joy all around you.

You're focus breeds what is getting your attention and it's all you can see. Try changing your perspective!

For example:
Instead of saying, I have to get up early try saying I was blessed with another day.
Or
I have so much laundry. ➡️ I have clothes that can get dirty and the ability to wash them.
