Really Free Market (presented by NEW CARE) still needs your help!
November 22 is coming up quickly, and we want to help as many people as we can (and we know you do, too!) so donations of money and time are amazing!

That being said, we also still need physical donations!
Anything new or gently used is appreciated, but we especially lack in the following areas:
• Infant/Toddler clothing
• Small-medium childrens clothing
• Mens & Womens items
• Winter coats and gear for all
• Household & pantry items, the best of which would be:
• cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, measuring cups
• cleaning supplies
• canned/preserved foods, preferably easy-open
• ready to eat food items
• ingredients for baking

Please give what you can. We'd love it if donations could be dropped off at Union Church, 716 S. Madison St., M-F 8am-4pm, or on Sunday nights 6-8pm. Doors will be locked, so buzz in and let the office staff know that you're dropping off donations for the Really Free Market. Otherwise, we may be able to pick up.

I'm probably going to be up all night and day baking bread. There is a huge need for food coming up. Just so you know. You can slice the loaves and freeze the slices individually! Then just take them out of the freezer and defrost or put in the toaster.

I'm in the process of making some sourdough for the Table of Plenty tomorrow. It's only going to be a few loaves but it's what I can do today. Being houseless is about to become illegal in Ashwaubenon. We need to do what we can to make it so other people don't become houseless. Choosing food over rent is a real problem. I speak for myself as well. Most people are only a few bad months away from being houseless. We need to show that we have our community even when others don't.

I am giving a call out to anyone who is able to go through their stuff for donations for The Really Free Market. We are in need of almost anything..as long as it is in good condition.

We are in DESPERATE need of smaller infant/kids clothes up to size 8 boys/girls, toys for all ages, books, games, crafting supplies that are new or unopened, anything that would make a kid happy.

We also could use good condition men's items, household items, non perishable items for thanksgiving food bags.

If you have anything you think we could use, please message me, any other organizer for this event or contact us via the website and we can help.

Holy cow! We passed 200 followers. I am in the process of preparing for The Really Free Market I am baking for. I also am trying to figure out what the best way to go forward during the cold seasons. I want to make the biggest impact I am able to.

Also, I am taking donations of almost everything.

All purpose unbleached flour
Salted butter
Semi sweet chocolate chips
Eggs
Pure vanilla extract or paste
Paper bread bags
Cookie bags

I also have a personal Venmo account if that works better. (DM me for info)

Thank you all for your support! You all make this possible! From donations to moral support. I wouldn't be doing this without all your help. I have not had to purchase anything for the items I have baked and donated in a very long time.

I also am working on building up my sourdough starter so I can bake large amounts of sourdough to donate.

It smells so good here. Everyone deserves to be able to enjoy a special treat.

When I was a kid, we had to walk home from school. There was this older lady that lived on the route home. After school every day she would hand out cookies, usually homemade, to all the kids that lived in the poor community we lived in. We never knew her name, we just called her the cookie lady. She has always been my inspiration.
